Requests for Pagination

Thank you for trusting Tula to assist with your pagination.

To best serve your practice our nursing team request as much information as possible in your initial approach.  To respect your time and not inundate you with requests for information we do strongly suggest utilising options 2 or 3 below which set out the essential information required to quote and begin the pagination process.

List of Records Enclosed & Number of Pages
For Example:
1. GP records - Hill Top Surgery (199 pgs)
2. Good Hope Hospital records (1698 pgs)
3. Heartlands Hospital records (1005 pgs)
PLEASE NOTE: All sets of records must be appropriately labelled & separated (1 PDF per provider)
All passwords MUST be removed before records are uploaded, in PDF format only and if word documents, photos require inclusion, please convert to PDF format also as this will make the sort process much more efficient. Removal of OCR from PDF documents increases PDF speed use.

Once your approach is submitted our staff will contact you with a quote. Our standard turnaround for paginations is 14-21 working days although this can be tailored on request.

All chargeable work will always be quoted before being initiated; we believe in working ethically and as a trusted clinical partner with our clients.
